Activision has officially announced that Call of Duty: Mobile has surpassed 500 million downloads worldwide since its 2019 launch, making it the most downloaded mobile FPS title in history and overtaking PUBG Mobile's total of approximately 400 million downloads.
To mark the occasion, Activision has launched Season 'Golden Anniversary' featuring a free gold Operator Skin for all players who log in during the event window. The returning fan-favorite maps Nuketown and Shipment 1944 have been rebuilt from the ground up with updated visuals, bringing classic gameplay back with modern fidelity.
The development team has also published a roadmap for the remainder of the year, which includes an overhauled Warzone Mobile mode designed to more closely mirror the console and PC experience, Cross-Play support between mobile and console in select Playlists, and a Battle Pass restructure delivering more value at the same price point.
